In this six-week Writing for Healing and Joy Workshop, we will create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your experiences through the written word. Through writing we discover and can recover parts of ourselves. Writing taps into our wise unconscious, where hidden resources often reside. A favorite quote is “How do I know what I think until I see what I say?” (E.M. Forster)  Through writing we have a chance to understand our stories and perhaps rewrite our stories.
During each session, prompts will be offered as the springboard for in-session writing. Sharing will be encouraged but not required. Prompts will also be offered for your own writing between sessions. While writing is therapeutic, this is not a formal therapy group.  Pre-registration is required. Contact the instructor at: (Note: we will be using Zoom.)
